I just wanted to email to say thank you so much for all of the help you have given me over these past few months. Seeing you at a time when I was very vulnerable was a brilliant decision, you helped me to equip myself, and reconcile my experiences with a real sense of hope and a capability to take responsibility for myself and my choices. I can’t thank you enough for this, and I don’t think I would have gotten through my last few months of uni without your help!

Wendy Jackson’s sessions and support have helped me to overcome challenges, face problems and deal with uncertainty in a totally new way. She’s provided me with a toolkit to help myself, and empowered me to be positive and make progress that didn’t feel possible. I thoroughly recommend making time, and committing yourself to treatment with Wendy.
