I just wanted to email to say thank you so much for all of the help you have given me over these past few months. Seeing you at a time when I was very vulnerable was a brilliant decision, you helped me to equip myself, and reconcile my experiences with a real sense of hope and a capability to take responsibility for myself and my choices.
