What is Hope In Depression?

Hope in Depression is a 5 week course designed to support people suffering from depression. We will look at what depression is, possible causes, and ways to deal with depression.

 

Who is Hope In Depression for?

It is for anyone suffering with depression and or anxiety and/or anyone who is supporting someone with depression.

How is Hope In Depression run?

The course is run in small groups with a short talk given each week. During small group time we will discuss what has been shared at the front and then there will be a time to share and ask questions.

How much does the course cost?

The course is free of charge, although it is appreciated if you are able to make a donation towards the cost resources.

What happens during the evening?

The course begins at 19:00.  We start with a light supper and there is a break for tea and coffee mid-way, and the course will conclude at 21:30.  The whole course will take place in an atmosphere of privacy and confidentiality.

Where do we meet?

Courses are held in Village and Church Halls in Virginia Water, Egham, Engelfield Green, Guildford, Woking, and Slough.
