Our Team
We are a cooperative of experienced Counsellors with complementing specialties.
Liz Gallagher
Counsellor of Adults, Young People and Children I believe that whatever our age, we all seek to be listened to, to be understood and to share our lives in relationship with others. We can be hurt in relationship when we feel misunderstood and our needs have not been met – also we can have deep regrets when important relationships become difficult or come to an end. The therapeutic relationship, between client and counsellor, between you and me, is a place where healing and strengthening can take place.
Nathalie Baur
Online Aduts and Couples Counselling - Nathalie’s integrative training allows her to draw from a variety of theoretical approaches. She combines existential, cognitive and psychodynamic modalities in a thoughtful way. Her approach to therapy is based on the fact that people are unique and distinctive and therefore one approach may not fit them all.
Heather Niven
Online Counsellor of Adults also Children & Young People I offer an authentic environment which is free from criticism or judgement. It's a candid, relaxed atmosphere and will support you to explore any issues you are facing. We can journey unearthing more awareness about how you are leading your life, and in what way the impact your past may be having on your present; and through those concerns how you wish to establish a sense of empowerment and progressive well-being.
Jane Buckland
Face to face Adult Counselling .
Whatever your reason for seeking counselling, I offer a caring and confidential space where you can talk freely about whatever is on your mind, without fear of judgment.
Our feelings can be confusing at times, and sometimes it may be difficult to know why we are feeling the way we are, and how we can help ourselves. As a counsellor I work alongside my clients and use a combination of therapeutic approaches in a way which is tailored to them. Through developing a greater understanding of yourself, and the possible reasons for your struggles, you can become more empowered to explore different choices going forward.
Mandy Mitchell

I have an excellent understanding of relationship issues and have worked with many individuals, couples and families to find resolution to their difficulties.

Counselling for Children, Young People and Adults, Discovering hope means that it is ok not to be ok, and the hardest part of any mental health challenge is taking the first step towards support.
I am an integrative counsellor that uses a combination of methods and approaches to inform the work we do together keeping the primary focus on what works best for the issues you bring into the counselling room.
